Here we go.

Howard Stern has always kind of been a hero of mine. I grew up in NYC in the 80's and I remember hearing him in the afternoon on the ride home from school. He is a New York native, as am I. He was a minority in high school, as was I. Both of us seem to like to speak before thinking about consequences to what we say.

I can't speak for Howard, but in my defense, I blame my sharp tongue, quick wit, and sarcasm on a self defense mechanism I have instilled in myself. I was never much of a physical presence, so I had to use some other way to gain popularity, and in times, use it to get me out of trouble. I was always the class clown. The funniest in the group. But also, trouble maker, but manages to usually stay out of trouble.

I don't exactly know how to characterize myself in this crazy thing we call the online Disney community.

Webmaster?

Vlogger?
Podcaster?

In the last 2-3 years, you guys have come to know the older, mature, "calmed down" side of me. But part of me wants to make people gasp, and ask each other,
"Did he just say that?".
Or
"Did he just do what I think he just did?".
Or
"I wonder what he's going to do next!".

The language will remain clean, and vulgarity will NEVER be shown or spoken of, I promise. Maybe some good old fashion, prime time television innuendo, but nothing that wouldn't be rated any worse than a PG.

Why am I telling you guys all this? No reason. Just know, I don't want to offend everyone. Just one or two people.

This is gonna be fun.

P.S. What do you truly think about the podcast. Take away anything? Add anything? Please be explicitly honest! Thanks!

Something new

I know, I know. A month in between posts.
Who do I think I am?
Sorry.
Just wanted to update the 7 of my loyal readers as to what's going on. Looks like we should be in our new place by the end of the year. Until then, we are still transmitting from a Magic City Mayhem sub-station. Everything should start coming out on a more frequent basis once our move is made.
As all of you know, I am a Vinylmation fanatic. I am a collector. An artist. A fan of the entire brand and concept behind the idea. I decided to take this and turn it in to something.
Everyone's got one.
Magic City Mayhem's Spin On Vinyl is born.
A podcast entirely dedicated to the world of Vinylmation. I released a pilot episode, and that can be heard here. We are awaiting iTunes approval. And when that happens, look for episodes on a WDW Today type scale, with 2-3 episodes a week. They shouldn't be more than 20-30 mins long either.
That's pretty much it. Hope the weather isn't affecting anyone too badly yet. Looking forward to the holidays!
